Junior Achievement
Through volunteer-delivered, kindergarten through high school programs, Junior Achievement fosters work-readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy skills. The use of experiential learning inspires students to dream big and reach their potential.
I have enjoyed the last several years volunteering for multiple programs through Junior Achievement including Reverse Job Shadow, JA in a Day, and my favorite, Personal Finance sessions for high school students. It has been especially rewarding to teach critical skills about personal finance to help students prepare for financial independence after high school. I share more about my experience here.
